Exchange / return conditions:

you have the right to claim your money back within two days (48 hours). The option of exchanging for another, fresh flower is also being considered.

2. When ordering flowers and gifts from our company, you do not risk anything. our company

bears full responsibility for the quality of the goods and their delivery. In case of our fault, we also provide a *compliment* from the company.

3. To exchange or return the goods, you need to keep the presentation. Also Do not operate without refrigeration equipment.
